Panel PC for machine-level HMI and edge applications
The Schneider Electric Harmony P6 HMIP6AGB0NA0DNAN00 is a modular box PC with an integrated 18.5-inch LED touch panel, running a dual-core processor. The 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60 Hz and 16 million colours give a readable operator interface. The 16:9 aspect ratio matches modern display standards, so migrating from an older 4:3 panel means you'll need to check the cut-out: 449.5 x 279.5 mm (+1/-0 mm). Power is 12…24 V DC, with a 30 A inrush at turn-on — size the supply for that peak, not just the steady-state draw. The wide voltage range helps if you're dropping it into a machine with an unregulated 24 V bus.
Software stack and runtime environment
This unit ships with Node-RED preinstalled, plus EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert, EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert, and AVEVA system platform installer available on configured offers. For edge connectivity, EcoStruxure Secure Connect and Stratus EverRun are available with separately purchased licenses. That makes it a candidate for both traditional HMI replacement and edge-data collection without adding a separate gateway. A single slot for an optional interface card lets you add a fieldbus or serial drop without re-spacing the panel layout.
Environmental and compliance posture
Rated IP66f and IP67f on the front face (NEMA 4X/13 equivalent), so it handles washdown and hose-directed spray in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical lines. The rear is IP20 — keep it behind a sealed gland plate if the back of the panel sees moisture. Operating temperature range is 32…122 °F (0…50 °C) for panel-side mounting, extending to 131 °F (55 °C) for book or flat-top mounting. Storage range is -4…140 °F (-20…60 °C). Vibration resistance is 9.8 m/s² across 9…150 Hz (M.2 SSD, per IEC 61131-2), and shock resistance is 147 m/s² in X, Y, Z — three hits each direction. Compliance covers EN/IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD, 6 kV contact discharge, level 3), IEC 61000-4-4 (burst), FCC Part 15, and UL 61010-2-201. Pollution degree 2. The backlight is rated for 50,000 hours at 25 °C. Lifecycle status is active — this is a current-production part, not an end-of-life or NRND item. No need to hunt for a replacement or stockpile spares.
