Panel PC for machine-level HMI/SCADA
The HMIPSOS742D1W01 is an Easy Harmony iPC Optimised touchscreen panel PC from Schneider Electric. It integrates a 15" colour TFT LCD with LED backlight at 1024 x 768 XGA resolution and 350 cd/m² luminance, driven by an Intel Celeron processor with Intel HD Graphics 510 and 4 GB RAM. Onboard storage is a 128 GB mSATA SSD. The unit runs EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert runtime (license not included) and is intended for machine-level HMI and SCADA visualization in industrial automation. Rated supply is 12...24 V DC with a 15...20 % tolerance band; the panel draws 1.9 A at rated load. The front panel carries IP65 protection; the rear enclosure is IP20. Cooling is passive and fanless, so no filter maintenance is required in clean environments.
Mounting and cut-out
Panel mounting by clips and screws into a 383 x 283 mm cut-out. Overall dimensions are 393 mm wide, 293 mm high, and 47 mm deep. The aluminium-alloy housing provides structural rigidity and acts as a heat sink for the fanless cooling design.
Connectivity and compliance
Connectivity includes two Ethernet ports, four USB ports, and two COM serial ports, plus a remote switch input. The touch panel is single-touch analogue resistive. The unit is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC and meets EMC standards IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-3, IEC 61000-6-4, and IEC 61000-6-5. Viewing angle is 160° horizontal by 170° vertical.
