Panel PC for HMI/SCADA duty
The HMIPSP0752D1001 is a 15.6-inch Performance-class panel PC from the Harmony iPC range, built around an Intel Core i3 4010U at 1.7 GHz with 8 GB DDR3 RAM. The projected capacitive touch supports multi-touch gestures (5-point) and operates with water on the screen — relevant for washdown zones where gloved operators interact through spray or condensation. Fanless passive cooling keeps the enclosure sealed to IP66 on the front panel, so the unit mounts into a panel cut-out (412.4 x 261.7 mm) and faces a Class 2 environment (pollution degree 2).
Software stack and runtime licensing
The unit ships with EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert run time HMI license not included, EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert run time HMI/SCADA on configured offer only, and EcoStruxure augmented operator advisor server augmented operator license not included — the EcoStruxure secure connect advisor annual subscription cyber security license is also separate. This means the hardware arrives ready for the software stack, but each runtime and security license must be specified as a line item. The Intel HD Graphics 4400 drives the 1366 x 768 WXGA display at 300 cd/m² with 16.7M colours; the backplane carries one internal SATA HDD/SSD slot, one CFast slot, and one full-size mini PCI Express slot for fieldbus or additional I/O.
