Panel PC for machine-level HMI and SCADA
The Schneider Electric HMIPSP0952D1001 is a Harmony iPC Performance-class industrial panel PC with an 18.5-inch colour TFT LCD LED display at 1366 x 768 pixels (WXGA, 16:9 aspect) and a projected capacitive (PCT) touch screen supporting five simultaneous touch points. It is built around an Intel Core i3 4010U processor at 1.7 GHz with 8 GB DDR3 RAM, Intel HD Graphics 4400, and fanless passive cooling — suited for continuous operation in panel-mounted HMI or edge SCADA roles. The front panel carries an IP66 rating, meaning the display and touch surface withstand direct hose-down and dust ingress — appropriate for food, beverage, or washdown environments. The backlight is rated for 50,000 hours.
Panel cut-out dimensions are 479.3 x 300.3 mm (+/- 1 mm tolerance). Overall bezel size is 488 mm wide by 309 mm high, with a depth of 56.7 mm behind the panel. The unit operates at altitudes up to 2000 m, in 10–95% non-condensing humidity, and withstands 1 gn vibration (5–500 Hz) when fitted with an HDD. Expansion includes one internal SATA HDD/SSD slot, one CFast card slot, and one full-size mini PCI Express slot. The Intel QM87 chipset supports the processor and graphics. Power draw ranges from 28 to 60 W.
