Panel PC for the line-side HMI
The Schneider Electric HMIPSPC752D1W01 is a 15.6-inch industrial panel PC from the Harmony iPC family, built for machine-level visualization and SCADA front-ends. It runs an Intel Core i3 4010U at 1.7 GHz with 8 GB DDR3 RAM, enough for operator-terminal runtimes or light SCADA duties without a separate controller. The projected-capacitive touch panel handles five simultaneous touch points and works with water on the screen — useful for washdown zones where gloves or spray are routine. Front-panel IP66 means the display side tolerates hose-down cleaning; the rear chassis is fanless and passively cooled, so no filter changes or fan failures over the 50,000-hour LED backlight life.
Cut-out and panel fit
The cut-out dimensions are 412.4 (+/- 0.7) x 261.7 (+/- 0.4) mm. Overall chassis width is 16.5 in (419.7 mm), height 10.6 in (269 mm), depth 2.2 in (56.7 mm). That depth is shallow enough to clear most back-panel wiring ducts or DIN-rail-mounted terminal blocks behind the gland plate. The unit ships with one internal SATA HDD/SSD slot and one CFast slot for the OS or data logging; a 32 GB CFast card is pre-loaded. One mini PCI Express full-size slot is free for fieldbus or additional Ethernet.
