The Schneider Electric HMIPTF7D2P01 is a Harmony iPC PC panel — a panel-mount industrial computer with a 15-inch XGA touchscreen display (1024 x 768 pixels, 16 million colours) built around an Intel Atom N270 1.6 GHz processor with 4 GB DDR3 RAM and a 60 GB SSD. It runs MS Windows XP Professional SP3 multi-language, with Vijeo Designer runtime demo preloaded. The stainless steel 304 bezel carries IP65 and NEMA 4X protection, making it suited for washdown environments in food processing lines — it's certified to EN 1672-2 and FDA 21 CFR 177.2006 for flat seals.
Compute platform and expansion
The Intel 945GME chipset with GMA 950 graphics (224 MB shared) drives the display. Expansion comes via one PCI slot and one PCI Express 1x slot. Storage is a 60 GB MLC SSD rated for 2,000,000 hours MTBF. Cooling is fanless — no moving parts to fail in dusty or wet panels.
Power and environmental
Runs on 18...30 VDC supply, drawing 6.7 A with 130 W typical consumption and 7 A inrush. Pollution degree 2 per EN/IEC 61131-2. Vibration resistance covers 3...100 Hz continuous and intermittent profiles per IEC 60068-2-6; shock rated at 15 gn for 11 ms. Operating altitude to 2000 m. The stainless steel bezel gets a Scotch-Brite finish — easy to wipe down in food or pharma environments.
