15-inch PC panel for machine-level HMI
The Schneider Electric Harmony iPC HMIPVC7D0E01 is a 15-inch PC panel built around an Intel Atom Z510 1.1 GHz processor with 1 GB RAM DDR2 and 512 KB SRAM, running Windows Embedded Standard WES2009 in multiple language variants. It integrates an active matrix colour TFT LCD with LED backlight at 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, 16 million colours, and 350 cd/m² luminance — readable in typical factory ambient light. The analogue resistive touch layer is sealed to IP65 on the front panel (NEMA 4X), so it withstands hose-down and dust ingress on the machine enclosure face. Power is 24 V DC nominal (18...30 V limits), drawing 1.9 A line current with a 3 A inrush. The stainless steel 304 bezel with Scotch-Brite finish suits food-grade or washdown zones where corrosion resistance matters.
Mounts through an enclosure door cut-out using the included fixing kit fasteners. Overall dimensions: 15.8 in (402 mm) wide, 11.9 in (301 mm) tall, 2.8 in (72 mm) deep behind the panel. The treated steel enclosure and polyethylene display sheet protect the internals; the SS304 bezel clamps the front seal. Connectivity includes two Ethernet TCP/IP RJ45 ports (10BASE-T/100BASE-T/1000BASE-T), one COM1 serial RS-232C on a male SUB-D 9 (115 kbaud), and three USB 2.0 Type A ports (one front, two top). The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 500 with 256 MB drives the display; data storage is a 2 GB SLC Compact Flash card.
Rated for pollution degree 2 per EN/IEC 61131-2, operating altitude up to 2000 m, and relative humidity 10...85 % (non-condensing, per EN/IEC 60068-2-30 and -78). Shock resistance: 15 gn for 11 ms (IEC 60068-2-27 Ea).
