The LA1LD080ED is a voltage converter from the TeSys Integral 63 range, converting 48 V DC input to an AC output for the coil circuit of an Integral 63 motor starter. It draws 300 W inrush and 8 W sealed.
The 48 V DC rated operational voltage (Ue) is the coil supply — not the motor voltage. The converter steps that up to AC for the starter's holding coil. The 0.8...1.1 Uc operating voltage limit means the DC rail can sag to 38.4 V or rise to 52.8 V and the converter still holds in. Terminal capacity is screw-clamp: accepts 1 x 1 mm² or 2 x 2.5 mm², so fine for control wiring but not for power conductors.
That's standard for a ventilated enclosure — no derating needed up to 50 °C, but don't bury it next to a heat sink without checking the internal cabinet temperature. The part is a DIN-rail mount accessory for the Integral 63 starter, so plan for the space alongside the contactor block.
