The LA9FL4L4G is a mechanical interlock from the TeSys F range, designed to physically prevent two or three contactors from closing simultaneously. It mounts in a vertical stack of three, interlocking specific bottom, middle, and top contactor positions. The interlock engages with LC1F185 through LC1F225 3P or 4P contactors on the bottom, LC1F630 or LC1F800 3P on the top, and LC1F630 or LC1F800 3P in the middle, plus the corresponding CR1F reversing contactors. This ensures that only one contactor in the stack can close at a time — critical for reversing drives or changeover schemes where simultaneous closure would create a phase-to-phase short.
Fit confirmation for the panel
The interlock is a mechanical-only accessory — no wiring, no coil draw. It clips onto the contactor bodies in the specified vertical stack. The mounting position is fixed at three vertical units; the interlock bar physically links the contactor armatures so that only one can be in the closed state. If you are retrofitting an existing TeSys F reversing or two-speed starter, verify that the contactor frame sizes match the interlock's compatibility list: bottom position accepts LC1F185–LC1F225, top and middle accept LC1F630 or LC1F800. Mixing frame sizes outside this matrix will not align the interlock mechanism.
