What this kit contains and where it fits
The LA9LFMM is a connection kit from the Schneider TeSys range, designed specifically for an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter with AS-Interface communication. The kit provides the wiring interface between the starter enclosure and the motor power cable: one female power socket (3P + earth), one metal cover, and one size 16 cable gland. The size 16 gland accepts cable diameters roughly 10–14 mm — typical for the motor feed on a compact DOL starter. The metal cover protects the socket assembly within the enclosure, maintaining the IP rating of the starter housing.
