This allows one contactor to close only when the other is open, preventing simultaneous closure — a requirement for reversing motor starters or dual-source transfer schemes where a short-circuit across the supply would otherwise occur. Rated for ambient operation from -13 to 140 °F (-25 to 60 °C) and storage from -76 to 176 °F (-60 to 80 °C), the bar is built for panel environments without special climate conditioning. Compliance with EN/IEC 60947-4-1 and GB/T 14048.4 confirms it meets the contactor and motor-starter standard for industrial control gear.
Integration notes
The bar mounts downstream or upstream of the contactor pair, snapping onto the front of the LC1D09–LC1D32 frame without additional hardware. It occupies the space between the two contactors, so panel layout must account for the added width — roughly the pitch of one contactor width. No wiring changes; the interlock is purely mechanical.
