It uses screw-clamp terminals accepting 1 to 4 mm² wire (flexible or rigid), with a tightening torque of 1.7 N·m. The conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) is 10 A at 60 °C. For motor control circuits, the rated operational current (Ie) is 6 A at 120 V AC-15, 1.04 A at 690 V AC-15, 0.55 A at 125 V DC-13, and 0.1 A at 600 V DC-13. The rated making capacity is 140 A AC and 250 A DC per IEC 60947-5-1.
This block mounts to the front of a TeSys Deca contactor, adding auxiliary contacts without increasing the panel footprint beyond the contactor's own dimensions. The block itself measures 44 mm wide × 48 mm high × 42 mm deep — a compact add-on that fits standard DIN-rail enclosures. Screw-clamp terminals accept one or two conductors per clamp, from 1 to 4 mm² (flexible with or without ferrule, or rigid).
The LADN22R carries approvals to EN/IEC 60947-5-1, GB/T 14048.5, EN 50012, UL 60947-5-1, and CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1. It also complies with IEC 60335-1 Clause 30.2 and IEC 60335-2-40 Annex JJ for appliance applications. Rated insulation voltage (Ui) is 690 V per IEC 60947-5-1, 600 V per UL and CSA.
Environmental and operating limits
Operating temperature range is -25 to 60 °C, with derating allowed from -40 to -25 °C and from 60 to 70 °C. Storage temperature spans -60 to 80 °C. Maximum operating altitude is 3000 m. The block carries TH protective treatment per IEC 60068 for tropical environments. Minimum switching requirements are 1 mA at 17 V, ensuring reliable operation with low-energy PLC or electronic outputs. Insulation resistance exceeds 10 MΩ.
