The LADN403G is a front-mounted auxiliary contact block in the TeSys Deca range, providing 4 normally-open instantaneous contacts via spring-cage terminals. It is designed to snap onto the front of a TeSys Deca contactor or reversing starter, adding status feedback or interlocking logic without additional wiring space on the DIN rail. Rated operational current is 6 A at 120 V AC-15 (pilot-duty inductive loads) and 0.55 A at 125 V DC-13 (solenoid/brake loads).
The 4NO contact configuration gives four independent normally-open auxiliary circuits — enough to cover a contactor's feedback to a PLC, a status lamp, and a seal-in circuit without paralleling contacts. The spring terminals accept two 2.5 mm² flexible or rigid conductors each, so field wiring is tool-less and vibration-resistant. Minimum switching capability is 5 mA at 17 V, meaning the block can reliably switch low-level PLC inputs or electronic loads without contact wetting issues. Rated making capacity is 140 A AC and 250 A DC per IEC 60947-5-1, so the block can handle inrush from multiple contactor coils or small solenoids. Short-time withstand ratings (100 A for 1 s, 140 A for 100 ms) support coordination with upstream 10 A GG fuses.
Compliant with EN/IEC 60947-5-1, GB/T 14048.5, EN 50012, UL 60947-5-1, and CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1. Also meets glow-wire requirements of IEC 60335-1 Clause 30.2 and Annex JJ of IEC 60335-2-40 / UL 60335-2-40 for HVAC equipment. IP20 finger-safe protection per IEC 60529.
