Contact Configuration and Ratings
This auxiliary contact block provides 4 normally open (NO) contacts, screw-clamp terminals. Rated conventional free-air thermal current Ith is 10 A at 60 °C. Minimum switching capability is 1 mA at 17 V, and the electrical reliability is 1e-008 at 17 V and 1 mA. The rated making capacity is 140 A AC and 250 A DC per IEC 60947-5-1.
Physical Fit and Mounting
Dimensions: depth 42 mm, width 44 mm, height 48 mm. Mounts on the front of TeSys Deca contactors. Screw-clamp terminals accept 1 to 4 mm² flexible or rigid cable (single or dual). Tightening torque is 1.7 N·m with flat, Philips No 2, or Pozidriv No 2 screwdrivers.
Environmental and Compliance
Operating temperature range is -25 to 60 °C, with derating from -40 to -25 °C and 60 to 70 °C. Storage temperature is -60 to 80 °C. IP2X protection per IEC 60529. Complies with EN/IEC 60947-5-1, GB/T 14048.5, EN 50012, UL 60947-5-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1, and IEC 60335-1/-2-40 Annex JJ. Protective treatment TH per IEC 60068. Insulation resistance > 10 MOhm. Rated insulation voltage Ui 690 V AC (IEC) / 600 V (UL/CSA).
