The LC1F1000GD is a TeSys F series 3-pole contactor rated for 1250 A at ≤440 V AC in AC-3 duty — that's the motor-switching current, not the resistive-heating rating. For a direct-on-line motor start, that current class covers a 560 kW motor at 380–400 V three-phase, or 670 kW at 440 V. The coil is 125 V DC standard, with closing time 40–80 ms and opening 100–200 ms. That DC coil holds in without hum, but verify your control supply stays within the dropout threshold — the datasheet dropout voltage isn't listed here, so plan for a regulated 125 VDC bus. The control circuit uses screw-clamp terminals accepting 1–4 mm² flexible or solid wire. Rated breaking capacity is 8 kA per IEC 60947-4-1, and the associated upstream fuse is 1400 A gG at ≤440 V. Mounting is plate-only — no DIN-rail clip on this frame size. The dimensions are 438 mm wide, 332 mm high, and 238.6 mm deep. Power connections are via bar-type terminals accepting 3 or 4 cables. The front face carries IP20 protection with shrouds per IEC 60529 and VDE 0106, so it's touch-safe in an enclosed panel but not for open mounting. Operate within -5 to 40 °C ambient; storage range is -60 to 80 °C. Altitude rating is 3000 m without derating. The contactor carries TH protective treatment for tropical environments.
Certified to EN/IEC 60947-1 and EN/IEC 60947-4-1. Rated insulation voltage (Ui) is 1000 V per IEC 60947-4-1 and 1500 V per VDE 0110 Group C. Impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) is 8 kV, overvoltage category III.
