The Schneider Electric LC1F1154P7 is a TeSys F 4-pole power contactor rated for 200 A in AC-1 utilisation category (resistive loads) at up to 440 V, with a 230 V AC control coil. It switches resistive heating banks, lighting, or distribution loads — not motor starting, which would need an AC-3 rated contactor. The 4 NO pole configuration gives you four normally-open main contacts in one package, saving panel space over ganging two 2-pole units.
The 230 V AC control coil draws 770 VA inrush and 8.1 VA holding at 20 °C. The control circuit voltage limits are 0.85 to 1.1 Uc for pickup and 0.2 to 0.55 Uc for dropout at 55 °C. Operating time is 35 ms closing and 130 ms opening at rated control voltage.
Plate-mount only — no DIN-rail clip on this frame. The footprint is 200.5 mm wide by 162 mm tall by 171 mm deep, so plan for a backplate or sub-panel with clearance for the 171 mm projection. Power terminals accept bar (up to 20 x 3 mm busbar) or lugs/ring terminals for up to 95 mm² cable; control terminals are screw-clamp for 1 to 4 mm². Tightening torque is 10 N·m on the power circuit and 1.2 N·m on the control circuit. IP2X finger protection on the front face requires the shrouds.
Designed to IEC 60947-4-1 and EN 60947-4-1 for contactors and motor-starters, plus IEC 60947-1 and JIS C8201-4-1. Rated insulation voltage is 1000 V per IEC 60947-4-1 or 1500 V per VDE 0110 group C. Impulse withstand voltage is 8 kV, overvoltage category III. The protective treatment is TH (tropicalised) for humid environments. Altitude rating is 3000 m without derating.
