The Schneider Electric LC1F2254P7 is a TeSys F contactor with four normally-open power poles, rated for 315 A in AC-1 utilisation category (resistive load) at ≤440 V, 50/60 Hz. The 230 V AC control coil (40–400 Hz) draws 1070 VA inrush and 9.9 VA hold. It's a plate-mount part, not a DIN-rail snap-on — plan for bolted or busbar connections on the power side and screw-clamp terminals on the control side.
The 315 A AC-1 rating is the resistive-load current at ≤440 V and <40 °C. The 4 NO poles are all make-and-break; there are no NC auxiliary poles built in. The 35 ms closing / 130 ms opening times (at rated control voltage) are typical for a contactor this size — expect a longer drop-out delay than a smaller frame, which matters if you're coordinating with fast-acting protection. Standards compliance to IEC 60947-4-1 and EN 60947-4-1 means the part is certified for contactor duty under those international norms. Rated insulation voltage is 1000 V (IEC 60947-4-1) and impulse withstand is 8 kV, so it can live in a 690 VAC panel with proper clearances.
Mounts to a plate (not DIN rail). Dimensions: 197 mm high, 208.5 mm wide, 181 mm deep. Power circuit connections accept bar (busbar cross-section up to 32 x 4 mm), ring-lug terminals up to 185 mm², or bolted connection. Control circuit uses screw-clamp terminals for 1–4 mm² flexible or solid wire. Tightening torque: 35 N·m on the power side, 1.2 N·m on the control side. The TH protective treatment means it's suitable for tropical environments (humid, warm).
