Heavy-Duty 4-Pole Contactor for Resistive Loads
The Schneider Electric LC1F2654V7 is a TeSys F series 4-pole contactor rated 350 A in AC-1 utilisation category at ≤440 V, making it suitable for switching resistive loads such as heating banks, furnaces, or lighting circuits where inrush is minimal. The 4 NO power pole configuration provides four normally-open main contacts. Control is via a 400 V AC coil at 40–400 Hz, with an inrush of 650 VA dropping to 10 VA hold-in.
The 350 A AC-1 rating is the continuous current for resistive loads.
Plate-mount design — not DIN-rail. Dimensions: 244.5 mm wide, 203 mm high, 213 mm deep. Power circuit connections accept bar (32 x 4 mm busbar), ring terminals up to 240 mm², or bolted connection; control circuit uses screw clamp terminals for 1–4 mm² flexible or solid. Tightening torque: 35 N·m on power, 1.2 N·m on control.
Certified to IEC 60947-1, IEC 60947-4-1, EN 60947-1, EN 60947-4-1, and JIS C8201-4-1. Overvoltage category III. Protective treatment TH for tropical environments. Operating altitude 3000 m without derating. Ambient temperature range -5 to +55 °C operation, -60 to +80 °C storage. Associated fuse rating: 315 A aM or 400 A gG at ≤440 V.
