The Schneider Electric TeSys F LC1F265V7 is a 3-pole direct on-line contactor rated for 265 A in AC-3 duty at ≤ 440 V, making it the right fit for switching motor loads up to 132 kW at 380–400 V or 160 kW at 500 V. The 400 V AC coil draws 650 VA inrush at 20 °C and holds across 0.85–1.1 Uc; dropout triggers between 0.15–0.2 Uc. This contactor is in its end-of-life phase, so sourcing is through independent distribution channels against an RFQ.
AC-3 duty covers starting and running of squirrel-cage motors; the contactor also carries AC-1 (resistive) and AC-4 (plugging/inching) categories, so it covers a range of load types. The 132 kW at 400 V is the motor power you can switch in a standard 400 V three-phase system; at 500 V that climbs to 160 kW. The 400 V AC coil is fixed — no dual-voltage or DC option here — so your control circuit must supply 400 V AC at 40–400 Hz.
The LC1F265V7 is designed and certified to IEC 60947-4-1, EN 60947-4-1, IEC 60947-1, and JIS C8201-4-1. The rated insulation voltage is 1000 V per IEC 60947-4-1, and the rated breaking capacity is 2120 A per the same standard. Overvoltage category III applies. The front face carries IP20 protection with shrouds, conforming to IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 — sufficient for finger-safe installation inside a panel.
Mounting is plate-based — no DIN-rail clip on this frame size. The contactor measures 203 mm high, 201.5 mm wide, and 213 mm deep, so plan for a backplate footprint of roughly 200 × 200 mm plus clearance for power and control wiring. Power connections accept bar (up to 32 × 4 mm busbar), ring lugs up to 240 mm², or bolted connections. Control wiring uses screw-clamp terminals accepting 1–4 mm² flexible or solid. Tightening torque is 1.2 N·m on the control circuit and 35 N·m on the power circuit.
