Schneider LC1G225EHEA TeSys Giga three-pole contactor rated for motor loads up to 160 kW at 690 V AC-3e and 132 kW at 1000 V AC-3e. Coil accepts 48–130 V AC/DC with built-in bidirectional peak limiting. Power circuit connections are bolted bars accepting up to 185 mm² lug or 25 x 6 mm busbar. Control wiring uses push-in terminals (0.2–2.5 mm²) for fast tool-free termination. Auxiliary contact block is built in: 1 NO + 1 NC.

Mounting and fit

The contactor mounts to a plate (not DIN rail) and measures 7.6 x 4.3 x 10.04 inches (depth/width/height). Pole spacing is 35 mm, matching TeSys Giga busbar adapters. Tightening torque for power terminals is 18 N·m — a 3/8” hex driver is fine. Front face with shrouds gives IP2X touch protection (VDE 0106). The housing is dark grey (not the ordinary light grey of TeSys D), so the panel bill of materials will note a colour change if you’re swapping.
