Rated for AC-3 duty at 9 A up to 440 V, it handles small three-phase motors (typically up to 2.2 kW at 400 V) for forward-reverse applications like conveyor drives, pump direction changes, or actuator control. The 400 V AC coil matches standard European control voltages.
AC-1 (resistive load) and AC-4 (plugging/inching) ratings are also listed, but AC-3 is the one that decides fit for standard motor control. The 400 V AC coil draws from the control transformer; verify your control circuit voltage matches exactly, because a coil rated for 400 V AC will not pull in reliably at 230 V and will overheat at 480 V.
The unit is rated to operate without derating up to 2000 m altitude. Shock and vibration ratings per IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6 are documented: the closed contactor withstands 10 Gn on the X axis and 15 Gn on Y and Z axes for 11 ms shocks, with vibration resistance at 4 Gn from 5 to 300 Hz.
