The Schneider Electric TeSys K LC2K09103M7 is a reversing contactor — a preassembled pair of contactors with a mechanical interlock and a reversing power busbar. The coil pulls in on 220…230 VAC 50/60 Hz. This is a 3-pole (3P) contactor with three normally-open power poles. It is designed for control of resistive loads (AC-1) and motor loads (AC-3, AC-4) in reversing applications — think conveyors, hoists, door drives, or any load that needs forward/reverse switching.
The AC-4 rating covers plugging and inching, where the contactor opens under full locked-rotor current; on this frame size AC-4 current will be lower, so if your application requires frequent reversing under load, derate accordingly. The coil is rated 220…230 VAC. The contactor carries IP20 finger protection (VDE 0106). The housing is V1 flame retardant per UL 94, and also meets NF F 16-101/-102. Mechanical robustness is solid: the contactor holds closed through 10-15 Gn shocks and 4 Gn vibration (closed) per IEC 60068-2-27/2-6. Operating altitude is 2000 m without derating; above that, air density drops and the dielectric withstand and thermal dissipation both need a correction factor. The preassembled reversing busbar saves panel space versus wiring two separate contactors with an external interlock.
