The 3-pole power circuit handles 690 V AC 50/60 Hz, and the contactor is rated for resistive loads (AC-1) as well as motor control (AC-3, AC-4).
AC-3 covers starting and stopping of squirrel-cage motors, so 12 A corresponds roughly to a 5.5 kW motor at 400 V three-phase. The AC-1 rating (resistive) will be higher, but for motor duty, the AC-3 figure governs. The 230 V AC coil means it pulls in on a standard control voltage; verify your control transformer matches that, not 24 V DC or 110 V.
Integration Notes
The contactor is IP20 protected (finger-safe per VDE 0106), so it's intended for enclosure mounting, not exposed outdoor use. The preassembled reversing busbar saves wiring time on the panel, but watch the mechanical interlock — it's built in, so no extra linkage to source.
