The LE3D09V7A04 is an enclosed star-delta starter from the TeSys LE range — a self-contained motor starter in a polycarbonate enclosure rated IP65, so it's suited for washdown or dusty environments on the plant floor. It's rated 9 A in AC-3 duty (switching motor loads) and the coil pulls 400 V AC at 50/60 Hz. The enclosure has no pushbuttons; you'd pair it with a separate control station or PLC output.

It handles a 4 kW motor at 220 V AC, and 7.5 kW at 380/400 V, 415 V, or 440 V AC — all at 50/60 Hz. The star-delta topology reduces inrush current during start, which matters when you're on a weak supply or need to limit voltage dip.
