The LE4D09P7 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter from the Schneider TeSys LE range, built for standard motor starting duty. It integrates a contactor, fuse carrier, and two pushbuttons (green start, red stop/reset) in a single IP65 polycarbonate enclosure rated IK07 for impact resistance.

The 9 A Ith rating defines the continuous current the starter can carry in free air. For motor starting, the AC-3 rating governs switching of squirrel-cage motors during start-up and while running — this is the duty cycle that matters for a DOL starter.
