The Schneider Electric LE4D09R7 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter from the TeSys LE range, rated for standard motor starting duty. Rated at 9 A conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) and 4 kW at 380/400 V AC in utilisation category AC-3, this starter handles the switching of squirrel-cage induction motors up to that power level. The AC-3 rating means it's designed for starting motors and disconnecting them only after they've stopped — not for inching or plugging duty. The unit accepts cable entries from ISO20 through ISO40 sizes on both top and bottom faces.
