It integrates a contactor, fuse carrier, and two pushbuttons (green start, red stop/reset) in a single IP65 polycarbonate enclosure — ready for standalone motor control in a washdown or dusty environment. Motor power ratings span 3 kW at 220/230 V AC up to 7.5 kW at 500 V AC (50/60 Hz).
The 12 A Ith and AC-3 utilisation category mean this starter is sized for motor loads up to about 5.5 kW on a 400 V supply — typical for small conveyors, pumps, or fans. The IP65 rating means the enclosure withstands hose-down cleaning and airborne dust, so it can mount directly on a machine frame rather than inside a panel.
