The Schneider Electric LE4D35F7 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter from the TeSys LE range, built for standard motor-starting duty in industrial environments. It integrates a contactor, overload relay provision, and fuse disconnector in a single IP65 polycarbonate enclosure — ready for wall-mount or panel-mount without additional cabinet protection. Rated for AC-3 utilisation category (IEC 60947-4-1), it switches 15 kW at 380/400/415/440 V AC and 18.5 kW at 500/660/690 V AC. The 110 V AC control coil matches standard European control voltages. The 26.5 A conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) sets the continuous current capacity of the power path; the associated fuse rating of 32 A (14 x 51 mm, aM type) provides short-circuit protection upstream. The push-button start (green I) and stop/reset (red O) are integrated on the enclosure face.
The enclosure measures 330 mm high x 186 mm wide x 175.5 mm deep — a compact footprint for an IP65 starter. Cable entries are provided at top and bottom (2 x ISO20, 2 x ISO25, 2 x ISO32, 2 x ISO40 each), giving flexibility for incoming supply and outgoing motor cables up to 40 mm gland size.
