The Schneider Electric LE4D35P7 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter from the TeSys LE range, rated for 35 A with a 230 V AC 50/60 Hz control coil. It's built for standard motor-starting applications, switching loads up to 15 kW at 380/400 V AC or 18.5 kW at 500 V AC, all in AC-3 duty per IEC 60947-4-1. The IP65 polycarbonate enclosure makes it suitable for washdown environments or outdoor installation where dust and hose-directed water are present.
Integration notes
The enclosure measures 330 mm high by 186 mm wide by 175.5 mm deep — a substantial footprint that needs panel space planning. Cable entries are provided: two each of ISO20, ISO25, ISO32, and ISO40 knockouts on both top and bottom faces, giving flexibility for incoming supply and outgoing motor cables. The starter requires a separately ordered thermal overload relay (not included) for motor protection; the unit itself contains the contactor and fuse disconnector. The 230 V AC control coil draws from the control circuit, so verify control transformer sizing if multiple starters share a panel.
