The Schneider TeSys LG1K065V707 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter that integrates a contactor, switch disconnector, and circuit-breaker in a single polycarbonate enclosure rated IP55 — ready to mount on a machine frame or wall without a separate panel. Its thermal protection adjustment range of 1.6…2.5 A covers small motors: 0.37 kW at 220/230 V, 0.75 kW at 400/415 V, and 1.1 kW at 440 V, all in AC-3 duty (the standard category for squirrel-cage induction motors).
Built-in controls and enclosure
The front face carries a white push-button for start, a black push-button for stop, and a red rotary-handle emergency stop — all wired and labelled, so the unit serves as both starter and local control station. Cable entries are provided: four knockouts on top (2 x Pg 13 + 2 x Pg 16) and four on the bottom (same pattern), giving flexibility for top or bottom cable entry without drilling.
