The unit ships with a contactor and a separate circuit breaker (ordered separately) that mounts inside the same enclosure.
The 6 A AC-3 rating is the motor-switching current — it governs the maximum full-load current of the motor this starter can handle. Cable entry is via four knockouts: two Pg 13 and two Pg 16 on both the top and bottom faces, giving flexibility for top-entry or bottom-entry wiring without drilling extra holes.
