Enclosed DOL starter with integrated safety
The TeSys LG7K06M702A29 is an enclosed direct-on-line starter combining a contactor, circuit-breaker, and padlocking device in a single IP55 polycarbonate enclosure — ready to mount on a machine frame or wall panel without a separate panel build. Thermal protection adjusts from 0.16 to 0.25 A, sized for a 0.06 kW motor at 400/415 V or 440 V AC, 50/60 Hz. Control is via push-buttons: white start, black stop, and a red mushroom-head emergency stop. The padlocking provision lets you lock the starter in the off position for safe maintenance access. Rated for standard industrial environments, it carries IP55 protection (dust and water-jet resistant) and IK07 impact resistance, so it stands up to washdown and occasional knocks on the factory floor.
Integration notes
The enclosure measures 177 mm deep × 175 mm wide × 165 mm high. Cable entries accept Pg 13 and Pg 16 glands — four at the top and four at the bottom — giving flexibility for incoming supply and motor leads. The starter complies with IEC 60947-4-1 (motor starters) and IEC 60204-1 (safety of machinery), so it meets the core standards for machine builders and panel integrators.
