Product identity and compliance
The Schneider Electric LG7K06M705A29 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter from the TeSys LG range, combining a contactor, circuit-breaker, and padlocking device in a single IP55 polycarbonate enclosure. It is designed for safety applications per IEC 60947-4-1 and IEC 60204-1, with an IK07 impact rating.
The thermal protection adjustment range is 0.63...1 A, which sets the overload trip point for the connected motor. For a 400/415 V AC supply this starter is rated for a 0.25 kW motor; at 220/230 V AC it covers 0.12 kW, and at 440 V AC it handles 0.37 kW — all in AC-3 utilisation category (squirrel-cage motor starting).
Enclosure and installation
The polycarbonate enclosure measures 175 mm wide by 165 mm high by 177 mm deep, with cable entries: four knockouts on top (2× Pg 13 + 2× Pg 16) and four on the bottom (same configuration). The padlocking device allows lockout/tagout compliance during maintenance.
