The Schneider TeSys LG LG7K06Q703 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) safety starter that combines a contactor, a circuit-breaker (the GV2ME), and operator controls in one IP55 polycarbonate box. It is the part a panel builder or maintenance planner reaches for when a small motor — 0.06 kW at 230 V up to 0.12 kW at 440 V — needs a single-enclosure start/stop and emergency-stop function with coordinated short-circuit and overload protection.
Panel integration and cable entry
The polycarbonate enclosure measures 175 mm wide by 165 mm high by 177 mm deep. Cable entry is via four knockouts: two Pg 13 and two Pg 16 on the top, and the same arrangement on the bottom. That gives flexibility for top-entry or bottom-entry wiring without drilling. The white pushbutton starts the motor, the black pushbutton stops it, and the red mushroom-head pushbutton provides the emergency-stop function — all integrated into the cover, so no separate pilot-device enclosure is needed.
