What this enclosed DOL starter delivers
The thermal protection adjustment range of 2.5...4 A means it is sized for small three-phase motors — at 400/415 V AC it handles 1.5 kW, at 220/230 V AC it handles 0.75 kW. The mushroom-head push-button emergency stop on the front cover provides a local, lockable E-stop that satisfies IEC 60204-1 requirements for machine safety circuits. The enclosure carries IK07 impact protection and IP55 ingress protection, so it withstands hose-down cleaning and incidental tool drops in a workshop or light industrial environment.
The 175 mm wide × 165 mm tall × 177 mm deep polycarbonate enclosure has four cable entries: two Pg 13 and two Pg 16 on both top and bottom faces. That gives flexibility for top-entry supply and bottom-entry motor leads, or daisy-chaining through the bottom glands. The IK07-rated housing is tough enough for panel-door mounting in a cabinet subject to occasional impact.
