The TeSys LG7K06U710A04 is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter from the TeSys LG family, combining a contactor and circuit-breaker in a single polycarbonate enclosure with a mushroom-head push-button emergency stop (red). It is a safety-rated device (IEC 60204-1, IEC 60947-4-1) for controlling and protecting three-phase motors in standard industrial environments. Rated for AC-3 duty, it delivers 3 kW at 440 V AC, 2.2 kW at 400/415 V AC, and 1.1 kW at 220/230 V AC (50/60 Hz). The thermal protection adjustment range is 4...6.3 A, and the control circuit voltage is 230/240 V AC 50/60 Hz.
Enclosure and protection
The enclosure measures 165 mm high, 175 mm wide, and 177 mm deep, built from polycarbonate with IP55 protection (dust and water jets) and IK07 impact resistance. Cable entries: 4 entries (2 x Pg 13 + 2 x Pg 16) on both top and bottom. This makes it suitable for washdown areas or outdoor installation where the starter must be sealed against moisture and mechanical impact.
