The LG7K06V703 is a TeSys LG enclosed direct-on-line starter — a single box that combines a contactor, a circuit-breaker, and a thermal overload in an IP55 polycarbonate enclosure. It's built for a standard environment and carries the AC-3 utilisation category, so it's sized for starting squirrel-cage motors under load. The thermal protection adjustment range is 0.25...0.4 A, and the control circuit is 400 V AC 50/60 Hz. That's another SKU I don't need to second-guess on the shelf — it's a self-contained motor start-and-protect package for small pumps, fans, or conveyors up to 0.12 kW at 440 V.
Integration notes
The enclosure measures 175 mm wide x 165 mm high x 177 mm deep — fits a standard 200 mm wide panel space. Cable entry is 4 x Pg13 plus 2 x Pg16 on both top and bottom faces, giving you gland options for motor and supply cables. The polycarbonate material is lighter than steel but less rigid; support the base on a flat surface or DIN-rail adapter (not included). The push-button controls are integrated: white I for start, black O for stop, and a red mushroom-head for emergency stop — no separate pilot devices needed.
