Enclosed DOL starter with safety pushbuttons
The Schneider Electric LG7K09V714 is a TeSys LG enclosed direct-on-line starter, rated for 4 kW at 400/415 V AC and 4 kW at 440 V AC, both at 50/60 Hz, and 1.5 kW at 220/230 V AC. It is a complete motor-starting package: a contactor, a circuit-breaker with thermal protection adjustable from 6 to 10 A, and a control station with a white start pushbutton, a black stop pushbutton, and a red mushroom-head emergency stop. This is a safety-rated assembly per IEC 60204-1 and IEC 60947-4-1, intended for guarding and hazard-zone motor control in a standard industrial environment.
The enclosure measures 175 mm wide by 165 mm high by 177 mm deep. Cable entries are provided: 2 x Pg 13 + 2 x Pg 16 at the top, and the same at the bottom, giving flexibility for top or bottom cable entry in a panel or wall-mount installation. The polycarbonate material is lightweight and non-corrosive. The unit is a complete assembly — no separate contactor, overload, or enclosure to source and wire. The pushbuttons are integrated into the cover, reducing panel cutout work.
