The Schneider Electric TeSys Deca LP1D80004DW is a 4-pole contactor with a 96 V DC wide-range coil, rated for utilisation categories AC-1, AC-3, AC-3e, and AC-4. The 4 NO power poles handle resistive loads (AC-1) and motor loads (AC-3/AC-3e/AC-4) up to the rated breaking and making capacity of 1100 A at 440 V per IEC 60947. Electrical durability is 0.8 Mcycles at 125 A AC-1, ≤440 V; mechanical durability is 4 Mcycles.

Integration notes
The power circuit uses a connector accepting 4–50 mm² flexible or solid cable; control circuit screw clamp terminals accept 1–4 mm². Tightening torque is 12 N·m for power connections and 1.2 N·m for control wiring. The coil draws 22 W inrush at 20 °C and has a time constant of 75 ms. Operating time is 6–20 ms opening, 20–35 ms closing. No built-in suppressor module — plan external diode or RC snubber for DC coil suppression.

Fire resistance is 850 °C per IEC 60695-2-1; flame retardance is V1 per UL 94. The contactor withstands vibrations of 2 Gn (open) and 3 Gn (closed) at 5–300 Hz, and shocks of 8 Gn (open) and 10 Gn (closed) for 11 ms. Associated fuse rating for type 2 coordination on the power circuit is 200 A gG at ≤690 V. Maximum operating rate is 3600 cycles per hour at 60 °C.
