The Schneider Electric TeSys LRD LR3D1514 is a non-differential thermal overload relay for motor protection, with a thermal protection adjustment range of 7 to 10 A and a Class 20 trip curve per IEC 60947-4-1. It provides phase failure sensitivity, tripping at 130% of the set current (Ir) on two phases when the third is at zero, which means it catches a lost phase before the motor overheats. The relay carries approvals under EN/IEC 60947-4-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 60947-4-1, UL 60947-5-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, and CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1, so it is accepted in North American and European panels without a separate evaluation.
Control circuit terminals accept 1 to 2.5 mm² flexible or solid wire; power circuit terminals accept up to 10 mm² flexible wire. Tightening torque is 1.7 N·m for control and 1.85 N·m for power circuits.
