The LR3D3656 is a non-differential thermal overload relay from the TeSys Deca series, designed for motor protection. Its thermal protection adjustment range is 48...65 A, and it carries a Class 10A tripping curve per IEC 60947-4-1. Mounts directly under a TeSys D contactor or on a DIN rail with specific accessories. The control circuit uses screw-clamp terminals (1...2.5 mm²), and the power circuit terminates via M6 ring lugs. IP20 finger-safe protection is standard for panel installation.
Phase failure sensitivity: trips at 130 % of Ir on two phases when the third is at zero — catches a lost phase before the motor cooks. The signalling circuit is rated 5 A conventional free air thermal current (Ith), with a permissible 0.95 A at 380 V AC-15 and 0.06 A at 440 V DC-13. That DC-13 figure is low: if you're switching a DC control loop, check your load current against it. Approvals cover EN/IEC 60947-4-1, UL 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, and GB/T 14048.4 — accepted in North American, European, and Chinese panels. Dielectric strength tested at 1.89 kV 50 Hz per IEC 60947-1. Rated impulse withstand voltage is 6 kV.
