The LRD15146 is a TeSys Deca differential thermal overload relay from the TeSys range, designed for motor protection with a thermal protection adjustment range of 7...10 A and a Class 20 tripping curve per IEC 60947-4-1. It provides phase failure sensitivity — tripping at 130 % of Ir on two phases with the third at zero — and carries 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts rated at 1.5 A / 240 V AC-15 for the signalling circuit.
The LRD15146 complies with EN/IEC 60947-4-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 60947-4-1, UL 60947-5-1, and CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1 and 60947-5-1. Rated insulation voltage is 600 V (CSA/UL) or 690 V (IEC) for the power circuit, with an impulse withstand voltage of 6 kV. Dielectric strength is 1.89 kV at 50 Hz per IEC 60947-1.
Connections: power circuit uses lugs/ring terminals (M4, 2.3 N·m); control circuit uses screw clamp terminals (M4, 1.7 N·m) accepting 1...2.5 mm² flexible or solid wire. The relay is IP20 rated, suitable for enclosed panel environments. Ambient operating temperature is -20...60 °C without derating per IEC 60947-4-1.
