I/O map and signal levels
The LV434063AA: Six digital inputs with a defined ON-state threshold of 19.8…25.2 V DC at 6.1…8.8 mA — clean 24 V logic, no level-shifting needed for standard PLC field wiring. One analog input channel sits alongside the digital bank, and three relay outputs rated 250 V AC / 5 A handle small motor starters, contactor coils, or indicator loads directly. A configurable time delay of 0…20 s on the inputs lets you debounce sensor chatter in the module rather than the controller — saves a PLC timer on every channel.
Supply, bus, and panel fit
Runs on 24 V DC nominal, drawing 165 mA — light enough that a shared PSU can feed several modules without a separate feeder breaker. Communicates via Universal Logic Plug on two RJ45 connectors — daisy-chain or star topology, depending on the bus coupler used upstream. Clips onto a DIN rail (mounting by clips) and measures 116 x 71.7 x 70.6 mm — fits a standard 8-module wide enclosure row with room for the screw-terminal wiring. IP2X at the connectors means finger-safe terminals; no tool access needed for the screw clamps, but keep the panel door closed during washdown cycles.
