The 12 VDC supply is the coil voltage — this release will not operate on AC or on a different DC voltage without an external converter. The 0.7 to 1.1 Un threshold means the release trips reliably when the supply drops to 8.4 VDC or rises to 13.2 VDC, but may not hold or trip outside that band. The 60 ms maximum response time governs how quickly the breaker opens after the trip signal is applied.
