What this locking kit does
The LV847520 is a locking kit for MasterPact MTZ1 fixed and drawout circuit breakers. It locks the breaker in the OFF position using a Profalux keylock system with two locks and one common key. This is a panel-mount accessory — it integrates into the breaker escutcheon, not the door, so the key interlock works regardless of enclosure swing.

Two locks, both keyed alike — one key operates either lock. The locking position is the breaker's OFF position only; it does not lock in ON or TRIPPED. The Profalux keylock type is a standard industrial interlock cylinder, field-replaceable if the key set needs changing. This is a locking accessory, not a padlock hasp — it uses a captive-key mechanism that traps the key in the lock when the breaker is ON, preventing removal until the breaker is turned OFF.
