The LV848585 is a racking interlock accessory for MasterPact MTZ2 and MTZ3 drawout circuit breakers. It mounts on the chassis and locks the mechanism between the racking crank position and the open OFF pushbutton — meaning the breaker can't be racked in or out unless it's in the OFF position, and once racked, the pushbutton stays locked out until the crank is removed. Drawout mounting means this is the chassis-side keylock, not a breaker-mounted part. The key destination is the chassis itself, so the interlock physically blocks the racking crank handle and the OFF pushbutton simultaneously.
Installs on the MasterPact MTZ2/MTZ3 drawout chassis during breaker assembly or retrofit. The keylock interface replaces the standard crank access cover; the pushbutton interlock engages the OFF button cap. No wiring — purely mechanical interlock.
