The LX0FK224 is a TeSys F contactor coil — the exchange part that drives the main contactor's armature. It's a dual-voltage coil: 220 V AC/DC for the latching (hold-in) circuit and 24 V AC/DC for the unlatching (drop-out) circuit. That split-voltage design means the coil pulls in on 220 V but releases on 24 V, giving you separate control over the close and open commands. Operating time runs 50...100 ms for unlatching and 40...80 ms for latching. At 68 °F (20 °C), the latching winding measures 29 Ω and the unlatching winding 26 Ω. The control circuit accepts AC 50...400 Hz or DC standard, so it works across common line frequencies and DC control buses.
Rated for 1 Mcycles mechanical durability — that's a million operations before the mechanical wear limit. Maximum operating rate is 120 cycles per hour at 104 °F (40 °C), which sets the pacing for repetitive pick-and-place or conveyor indexing applications. Stay under that rate to keep the coil temperature within limits.
