The TeSys LX1D2F6 is a contactor coil from the TeSys Deca range, designed for 110 V AC 60 Hz control circuits. It mates with TeSys D and F contactors rated 9 to 18 A — the coil's inrush power is 70 VA at 60 Hz, and it holds in at 7.5 VA. Coil resistance measures 116.6 Ohm at 20 °C. The control circuit is AC 60 Hz only; the coil operates reliably between 0.8 and 1.1 times the rated voltage (88 to 121 V AC) at ambient temperatures up to 55 °C. No built-in suppressor — you'll need an external RC snubber or varistor if driving from a PLC or solid-state output.
What to watch when specifying
The coil is a direct replacement for the original LX1D2 on TeSys D and F contactors. No suppressor module inside means the coil's inductive kick is unclamped — factor in a flyback diode or RC network across the coil terminals if your control circuit uses DC switching or a solid-state output. Inductance of the closed circuit is 4.5 H, which gives a time constant of roughly 39 ms with the 116.6 Ohm resistance — expect a noticeable dropout delay if you're sequencing contactors in a safety circuit.
