The LX1FF056 is a replacement coil for Schneider Electric TeSys F contactors, rated 56 V AC at 50 Hz. It pulls 550 VA inrush (cos φ 0.3) and settles to 45 VA holding — numbers you need to size the control transformer supplying it. No built-in suppressor module, so you add a separate RC snubber or varistor across the coil if the PLC output or relay driving it needs one.
Coil resistance is 1.58 Ω at 68 °F (20 °C), and closed-circuit inductance is 0.22 H — that combination determines the steady-state current draw and the thermal dissipation of 12…16 W at 50 Hz. The drop-out threshold is 0.35…0.55 Uc (about 20…31 V), and pickup is guaranteed at 0.85…1.1 Uc (48…62 V). If your control voltage sags below 48 V under load, the contactor may chatter or fail to close.
