The LX1FH0852 is an 85 V AC replacement coil from the TeSys range, designed for LC1F contactors. It operates on a 40 to 400 Hz control circuit and draws 8 W of heat dissipation at those frequencies. The coil does not include a built-in suppressor module, so you will need to add external suppression (RC snubber or varistor) across the coil terminals if your control circuit requires it — something to plan for during panel integration.
The coil's control voltage limits are specified at 131 °F (55 °C): dropout occurs at 0.35 to 0.55 Uc (roughly 30 to 47 V AC), and the operational range is 0.85 to 1.1 Uc (about 72 to 94 V AC). This means the coil will hold in reliably down to about 72 V but may drop out if your line voltage sags below that. Opening time runs 100 to 170 ms, closing time 40 to 65 ms — the asymmetry matters for sequencing interlocks in motor starter circuits. Maximum operating rate is 2400 cycles per hour at 55 °C, which is fine for standard conveyor or pump cycling but not for high-speed jogging applications.
The coil is rated for AC control circuits only — do not apply DC voltage, as the impedance and dropout characteristics are designed for AC sine-wave operation.
